RETURNS & DELIVERY

Returning unwanted items:

If your item is not suitable, please contact us by email (hello@bonniehame.co.uk) with your order details. We will send you a returns form to be completed. You can then send us the product in an unused, resalable condition including all original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, and you will be entitled to a refund or replacement.

You will be responsible for the cost of return. We recommend that you use an insured, reputable delivery company as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

For furniture and heavy items, we will arrange for our courier to collect and the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund or exchange value.

Returning Damaged or Incorrect items:

If your items arrive damaged or do not match your order, please contact us via email (hello@bonniehame.co.uk) within 72 hours and include a photo of any damage to help us take the appropriate action. We will then arrange for collection of the item by our courier, and advise you of a proposed collection date. Once we receive the items, we will contact you to discuss a replacement or a full refund.

Subscription Box Returns:

If an item is damaged, please contact us via email (hello@bonniehame.co.uk) with a photograph(s) showing the damage within 7 days of receipt of your box. We will then arrange for a return, exchange or refund for the damaged item.

In line with the ‘cooling off period’ set by UK Distance Selling Regulations for online retailers, you can cancel your purchase within seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. To do this, please contact us by email (hello@bonniehame.co.uk), then send the goods back to us at your own cost as soon as possible. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned packages damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to package products correctly, and use an appropriate courier. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Contact us by emailing hello@bonniehame.co.uk before 10th of the month to cancel the following month’s subscription. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us, for subscription boxes not yet delivered, will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

Delivery Information

Due to carrier restrictions beyond our control, we are currently unable to deliver outside of the mainland UK. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We use a insured reputable company for our courier for small items, and a reputable logistics provider for furniture. You will be contacted by them in advance for delivery slot information.

If you order multiple items only one delivery charge will be added to the total order and this will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered.

To help reduce carbon emissions all of the items on your order will be delivered together. We can split the orders upon request; however, additional delivery charges will apply.

If you have ordered a standard or fragile item, the courier will attempt delivery twice and leave a calling card if no one is home to sign for the delivery. You can contact them directly using the details on the calling card. Should you not respond to the calling card within 5 days, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge may be applicable.

If you have ordered a heavy furniture item, an insured reputable logistics provider for will contact you to arrange the delivery day. If the delivery is unsuccessful a redelivery charge will be levied. If you wish to cancel your delivery, we need 48 hours’ notice or you will be charged for the delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the items will fit into your home before you order them. Please also note if an item is noted as ‘self-assembly’ it is your responsibility to assemble it, our couriers do not offer that service.

Our boxes are sent out four times a year, filled to the brim with at least seven stunning home interior products designed to bring the styles of the season into your home.
The box subscription is £49. Shipping is £4.95 for each box.
